A few philanthropist of Agharia Community met at A-60, Mancheswar Industrial Estate area on the 1st of April 1995 in a meeting convened by late Flt.Lt.Sashi Bhusan Patel (of village Lokdega, Sargipali) & Sri Ramesh Prasad Naik, IAS (Retd.) of Agharia Pada, Bolangir among others. The said luminaries decided to form a voluntary organization with the objective of working for community health, education & rural development. The group matured slowly, and now is called the Agragamee.
